You can cancel your ₹299/month Pro subscription at any time — use the subscription management link in your Razorpay payment email, or write to support@kaagazpdf.in. After cancelling, Pro benefits continue until the end of the period you already paid for; you are simply not charged again. Your account then returns to the Free plan (10 downloads/day) — nothing is deleted.
If something went wrong — you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or Pro features did not activate after payment — email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days.
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partially used months when you simply change your mind, since Pro is a low-cost monthly plan you can cancel anytime before renewal.
Email support@kaagazpdf.in with the email you used for payment and (if possible) the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. We reply within 48 hours.
