A quick note on privacy
KaagazPDF processes your files entirely inside your own browser — your documents are never uploaded to our servers, and they are never attached to your account. Because of this, we cannot see your files and cannot recover them for you. If you are writing about a problem with a specific file, please describe what happened rather than sending the file itself. Your privacy matters to us, and this design is the reason people trust KaagazPDF with sensitive documents like Aadhaar and PAN copies.
Response time
We are a small team, so please allow one to two working days for a reply. During busy periods it may take a little longer, but we do our best to answer every genuine message. If you do not hear back, it is worth checking your spam folder — replies from [email protected] occasionally land there.
