KaagazPDF is an independent, privately built website that offers free document and image utilities. This disclaimer explains the limits of what our tools and guides can do for you — in short, we can make your document work easier, but we cannot make the final decision for you. Please read this page before using our tools for anything you consider important.

1. General information only

The content on KaagazPDF — including guides, blog posts, tool descriptions, tables and FAQs — is provided for general information and educational purposes. We put real work into keeping it accurate, but rules, dimensions, file-size limits and portal requirements in India change frequently and often without notice. Nothing on this site should be treated as a substitute for the official notification, the current form instructions, or professional advice specific to your situation.

Always check the current requirement on the official website of the authority you are applying to (for example, uidai.gov.in, ssc.nic.in, upsc.gov.in, passportindia.gov.in) before you finalise and submit a document. If in doubt, keep the original file and try again.

2. Not legal, financial, medical or immigration advice

Some of our guides discuss topics that touch on the law (masking an Aadhaar number, self-attesting a document), finance (KYC uploads, Form 16), or immigration (passport photo sizes, visa photograph rules). This is never a substitute for advice from a qualified professional — an advocate, a chartered accountant, a doctor, or a licensed immigration consultant — who understands your particular situation.

If your matter is important — a court case, an income-tax notice, a visa refusal, a medical procedure — please consult a licensed professional. Do not rely on a KaagazPDF guide as your sole source of guidance.

3. Accuracy of tools

Our tools are tested regularly, but no software is perfect. A compressed PDF may occasionally lose an interactive form field. An OCR conversion may misread a stylised font. A resized photo may need one more nudge in the KB target to land within your form's exact limit. Always keep the original file and check the output before you submit it. Because your files never reach our servers, we cannot recover an original that you have overwritten yourself.

We provide no warranty, express or implied, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Full liability terms are in our Terms of Service.

4. Third-party services and links

KaagazPDF uses a small number of trusted third parties (Supabase for database hosting, Razorpay for payments, Google AdSense for advertising, Cloudflare for DNS and DDoS protection). We take reasonable care in selecting them, but we cannot be responsible for their independent policies, their outages, or the accuracy of any content that they show to you (for example, a specific advertisement).

External links on our guides and blog posts are provided for reader convenience. We do not control those websites, we do not endorse everything they say, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability. Once you leave kaagazpdf.in, that site's own terms and privacy policy apply.

5. Advertising disclosure

The Free plan of KaagazPDF is supported by advertisements, primarily served by Google AdSense. Advertisements are labelled by Google as "Ad" and are visually separated from editorial content. We do not choose which specific ad you see and we do not endorse the products in those ads. If you see an ad on KaagazPDF that appears misleading or offensive, please tell us at [email protected] and we will report it to Google.

Pro subscribers see no ads. Details of the two plans are in our Terms of Service.

6. Not government-affiliated — impersonation warning

Some tools we build — the Aadhaar-masking tool, the passport photo-sheet maker, the exam photo/signature resizer — are designed to help you comply with government-issued rules. Building a tool for a rule does not mean we are the rule-maker. We are a private toolkit. Government bodies do not endorse us, and we do not claim to represent them.

If you receive an email, phone call or SMS claiming to be from "KaagazPDF" and asking you to share your Aadhaar number, OTP, password, or payment information, it is a scam. We will never ask you for those details. Please forward such messages to [email protected] so we can report and block the sender.

7. Use at your own risk

By using this website you accept that your use of the tools and guides is at your own risk, that KaagazPDF is provided "as is" and "as available", and that you are responsible for your own document decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 3 months (see Terms for the full clause).
