All PDF and image processing on KaagazPDF happens locally in your web browser using in-browser technology (JavaScript/WebAssembly). Your files never leave your device, are never transmitted to us, and cannot be seen by us or anyone else. In addition, the working session in your browser clears itself automatically every hour.
When you create an account we store: your name, your email address, your password (stored in securely hashed form — we can never read it), your plan type (free or Pro), and a daily download counter. This data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, in their Mumbai (India) region. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Payments for the Pro plan are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. Your card, UPI or banking details are collected and stored by Razorpay — never by us. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the email it belongs to.
The free plan is supported by advertising (Google AdSense). Ad providers may use cookies to show more relevant advertisements. Pro subscribers see no ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to count page visits and understand which tools are popular. Analytics never has access to your documents.
You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@kaagazpdf.in. Since we never store your documents, there are no documents to delete — only your account details.
